Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this! Total waste!

Worst use of a dollar ever. Incorrect rules for the game. AI is a terrible strategist and the interface is just a pain to get used to!

ZERO stars folks. NO!!! Dont waste your 99 cents. Makes me think I should make up a crappy graphic and sell it as a game. Deleting it after 5 minutes. Darn.

I want a refund! Horrible graphics, and painfully slow! No star rating even though they make you assign at least one star :(

Only game in app center with acey duecey, otherwise there is nothing good about this app

Graphics are infantile. Game fails to follow the rules of the game. This looks like a middle school class project gone wrong!

Does not start game correctly

Needs a lot of work and not worth $0.99 yet. Game play is extremely slow and Acey Deucey rules are not properly implemented. For instance, you are forced to bear all of your pieces on before any can advance past the home board, which doesnt support aggressive strategies at all.

Dislike. I agree totally with the first review. I will add that the board is disconcerting to look at. It is warped looking, and the edges arent shown. Wish I could get my $.99 back.

This version of backgammon is not ready for prime time. The gameplay is slow, there are no options or data, the computer opponent plays a mediocre game of backgammon, the graphics are not good, and not drawn properly much of the time.

This app needs lots of work. Dont waste your money or time.

The only tab that works is the instruction tab, and that only has a small amount of info. I rarely buy apps, this isnt worth the time or $.99... Bummer

waste of money

I want my money back. This app isnt useable and Im not exaggerating. Its slow, buggy, uses the wrong rules, has a horrible interface, and has only the barest of features. I thought the cut off preview pics were just that: cut off. But no, thats what they look like. You cant even see half of the top pieces and they are hard to click on without pulling down the upper iPhone menu. Once you get into the game, theres only one button--undo--and that doesnt even work correctly. I tried undo and it took me back three turns. Another time it didnt work at all. Once I got Acey Deucey, and it didnt let me choose my doubles (which is a basic rule of the game). After I took my first move after the final roll if the Acey Deucy, I hit undo to go back one and it completely negated my turn. When I rolled again, I didnt get the Acey Deucy again. So really, thats not an undo. If I try to manually undo and move a piece back, it doesnt work. The basic rules if Acey Deucey arent even followed. In addition to the problem mentioned above, you have to move all your pieces out before you can move them past the first section. This takes all the strategy out of the game. But just moving the pieces is a chore. The interface is cludgy, awkward, and slow-moving. The look of the game board is okay but the pieces look two dimensional and the highlight effect is just an absence of anything, in other words a white oval shape. This is clearly an early beta if that and should not be sold under any circumstances. You cant even exit to the main screen from the game! There are no customization options, no doubling cube, you cant play matches anyway so no point, no stats, integration, not even your name. Im serious that its UNPLAYABLE. Ive never called any game unplayable, let alone one I bought. This is a travesty and I feel scammed. I think the developers saw that no one else has an Acey Deucy capable version of backgammon and figured people would be desperate to buy sight unseen. I will never buy an unrated app again. DO NOT BUY.

Interface is clunky, no obvious way to get out of a game to a menu. Needs a lot of work.

Im so mad I paid for this. I wanted to play aces deucey and this doesnt work.
